A complex of buildings forming a multifunctional business centre consisting of 5 buildings including the UNITY Tower, the highest building in Kraków. TKT’s scope included 3 buildings: Unity Tower – 27-storey Class A office building with total gross leasable area of approx. 16,500 m². Kraków’s tallest 102.5-metre high skyscraper will beis connected to UNITY Square Two with a shared ground floor and first floor; UNITY Square Two – a 9-storey Class A office building with a total gross leasable area of approx. 7,200 m²; UNITY Residence – an 8-storey building with luxury apartments for rent, located in the heart of city life, finished and furnished to the highest standard. The total area of the apartments is approx. 2,700 m².

Scope of works:
– ventilation and air conditioning system,
– heating and cooling system,
– fire hydrant system, 
– water supply and sewage system.

Completion: 2018 – 2020r.
